The second end harvest judgment is the judgment (and harvest) of the remainder of the barley. This harvest has no throne or judgment seat. It takes place at the return of the King of Kings in the clouds with the sound of the trumpet, the return (the 2nd coming) of Yahushua (Jesus).
Jesus, the first of the firstfruits, was sinless. The remainder of the barley harvest were sinners but will be COUNTED as sinless, made holy by their FAITH, not their perfection. The saved in this group will be COUNTED as perfect, because of the perfection of the firstfruits.
For if the firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy, so are the branches. Romans 11:16
There are four classes of people at the time of this judgment: (1) the dead in Christ (2) the living in Christ (3) the dead NOT in Christ and (4) the living NOT in Christ.
The basis for this judgment is NOT perfection and it is NOT works. This judgment is based on FAITH (TRUST and RELATIONSHIP). Those who know and trust their heavenly Father will hear His voice and be glad and follow Him. Those who don't know and trust the Father will either not waken (the dead) or they will die from fear (the living). Luke 21:26-28

I charge thee therefore before יהוה, and the Master Yahushua the Messiah, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; 2 Timothy 4:1
Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which Yahushua, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing. 2 Timothy 4:8
And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom Yahushua shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: 2 Thessalonians 2:8
Those who don't know the good shepherd will be afraid of his voice and his glory. They will die in fear. Men's hearts will either fail them in fear or they will rejoice because of their redemption. There is nothing in between.
Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh. Luke 21:26-28
For if we believe that Yahushua died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Yahushua will Elohim bring with him. For this we say unto you by the word of יהוה, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Master shall not prevent them which are asleep. For Yahushua himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of יהוה: and the dead in the Messiah shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Master in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Master. 1 Thessalonians 4:14-17
For יהוה [Yahweh] so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever BELIEVETH in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16
Those who BELIEVE that their sins can and will be forgiven will feel no guilt, will feel no separation, will have no fear, will hear the Shepherd's call and BELIEVE the promise of salvation.
The sight of the King and the sound of his voice will be welcomed by those who know him, love him and trust him. Those sleeping in the grave will be wakened by the sound of the trumpet to be eternally with him. Conversely, those who do not know him, do not love him and do not trust him, will die of fear and guilt or fail to recognize him and waken.
Who decides innocence (forgiveness), love and trust or guilt, fear and death? Each individual sinner (remember, ALL have sinned) who either recognizes their Shepherd (know and trust) or those who don't know Him and are afraid of Him.
Those taken to Heaven are called the "elect" or the barley harvest. This is the first harvest following the Christ who is the firstfruits of the barley harvest (see Barley Harvest).
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in the Messiah Yahushua, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. Romans 8:1
Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of יהוה and of Messiah, and shall reign with him a thousand years. Revelation 20:6
