What was the gospel preached by Jesus (Yahushua)?
The "Gospel of the Kingdom"!

There are MANY texts containing the words "preach and kingdom" or "gospel and kingdom". Here are a few:
Matthew 4:17
From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of Yahweh is at hand.
Mark 1:14
Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of Yahweh, And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of Yahweh is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.
Matthew 4:23
And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.
Mark 1:14,15

The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of Yahweh is preached, and every man presseth into it.
Matthew 11:11,12
Verily I say unto you, Among them that are born of women there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist: notwithstanding he that is least in the kingdom of Yahweh is greater than he. And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of Yahweh suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.
Acts 28:30,31
And Paul dwelt two whole years in his own hired house, and received all that came in unto him, Preaching the kingdom of Yahweh, and teaching those things which concern Yahu Yahushua the Messiah (Jesus the Christ), with all confidence, no man forbidding him.
The Gospel of the Kingdom, focuses on Yahushua's VICTORY and HIS legitimate REIGN over all, NOW! It is His victory over Satan, death, and sin. It is the victory of HIS government over the illegitimate, violent governments of Satan and man. It is His Victory in the Great Controversy.
The Son came (down) to earth to lead a revolution against Satan, the usurper. He initiated a coup, overturned Satan's illegitimate rulership as "prince of this world" and won back the realm. With His death and victory over death, He won back His creation and TODAY sits on the throne of HIS KINGDOM.
John 12:31
Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world [Satan] be cast out [overthrown, defeated].
The Romans correctly placed the sign over the cross, "King of the Jews". Failing this, then the stones would have cried out this truth. (Luke 19:40).
The Gospel of the Kingdom is the initiation of Yahweh's Government.
We have the choice to believe that the gospel preached by Jesus (Yahushua) is citizenship in the Kingdom of Yahweh NOW or salvation someday.
Yahushua preached that the Kingdom of Yahweh had arrived. That Kingdom was brought down to us. He invited us to enter into that Kingdom.
Isaiah foretold this coup d'etat (change of government) and its outcome.
Isa.9.6,7
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty Yahweh, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of Yahweh of hosts will perform this.
Isaiah 9:6,7 is the Gospel of the Kingdom expressed in two sentences!
Yahweh explained the Gospel of the Kingdom and Jesus' victory to Satan (who was impersonating or possessing a serpent) in the Garden of Eden.
Gen.3.15
And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
The Gospel of the Kingdom is a story of warfare, revolution, change of government, great controversy. It is a story of intrigue, bruising heels and heads, sacrifice, violence, death and life.
The final outcome will (also) result in man's salvation and eternal peace (the doctrine of salvation), but that is the RESULT not the MEANS or the PURPOSE. And that doctrine of salvation is not the Gospel of Jesus.
The PURPOSE was to re-establish Yahweh's sovereignty over all. This is the Gospel of the Kingdom also known as the Gospel of Jesus.
