A worldview that embraces Order and Design tends more to believe in Creation. It could be possible for a design that resulted in evolution, but since evolution displays no evidence of design, and eschews design, that is unlikely.

If it was by DESIGN, it didn't just happen, randomly, by chance, it must have been made.

If there was a DESIGN and it was made, there had to be a maker who followed the DESIGN and did the making.

For thus says Yahweh who created the heavens, the God who formed the earth and made it, who established it and didn’t create it a waste, who formed it to be inhabited: “I am Yahweh; and there is no other." Isaiah 45:18
