Chaos is synonymous with confusion.

The Bible speaks very negatively about confusion and Babylon.

In thee, O יהוה [Yahweh], do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion. Psalms 71:1

Men or women having sex with animals is called confusion

Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion. Leviticus 18:23

A land of darkness, as darkness itself; and of the shadow of death, without any order, and where the light is as darkness. Job 10:22

"Confusion" is the literal translation of Babylon. Babylon is the city of Satan, enemy of Yahweh.
