Tithe is also to be used for welfare and feasting every 3rd year:

At the end of every three years you shall bring forth all the tithe of your increase in the same year, and shall lay it up within your gates: and the Levite, because he has no portion nor inheritance with you, and the foreigner living among you, and the fatherless, and the widow, who are within your gates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that Yahweh your God may bless you in all the work of your hand which you do. Deuteronomy 14:28-29

When thou hast made an end of tithing all the tithes of thine increase the third year, which is the year of tithing, and hast given it unto the Levite, the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, that they may eat within thy gates, and be filled; Deuteronomy 26:12

The Levites only received a portion of the tithe (shared with the donor, foreigners, orphans and widows) and only every third year, in the year of tithing. Even then it wasn't handed over as a wage, but was eaten as a feast.

Very few churches today even have a welfare program. That job has been wrongly delegated (relegated) to the state (Babylon). If your tithe isn't being used for welfare and feasting every third year, your church is robbing the strangers, the widows, the orphans and you. Your tithe is being fraudulently diverted for wrongful purposes.
