Death and Hell in the Lake

Before the "millennium" (the 1000 year period) the "beast" and the "false prophet" were thrown into the lake of fire. This means that at the time of the Son's second coming, the "beast" government and the "false prophet" church cease to cause trouble (and cease to exist - they are "permanently bound", never to return) (Revelation 19:20).

After the Holy City returns to earth, Satan is unchained because now there are people to tempt again. He will lead a (failed) revolution against Yahweh's throne and then also be cast into the lake of fire (bound again, this time permanently, never to tempt or sin again) (Revelation 20:7-10).

Before death and hell were cast into the lake of fire, they gave up all their dead. At this point, there are NO dead. Everyone who has ever lived, is alive.

... death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them... Revelation 20:13,14

After this...

And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And (finally) whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. Revelation 20:14,15

Notice that "death and hell" were cast into the lake of fire BEFORE the ungodly were. If "death and hell" are "dead" or "bound in a lake of fire", how can they have any "sting" against the ungodly?

The ungodly certainly will be permanently separated from the Righteous, binding their ability to tempt or torment, but if death and hell have already been destroyed or bound, what claim can they make on any life?
